International Workshop on Ubiquitous Healthcare and Welfare Services and
Supporting Technologies (UBI-HEALTH'10) provides state-of-the-art forum for the
latest services, technologies and researches in the field of information and
communication technology (ICT) assisted healthcare and well-being.
Participants include clinicians, hospital administrators, IT professionals,
researchers, educators, solutions vendors, device manufacturers, system
designers, integrators and consultants. UBI-HEALTH'10 is also important
international forum for e-Health associated cooperative bodies such as ITU, WHO
and APEC, particularly for Ubiquitous Healthcare Initiative for Ageing
Societies. In addition to the technical papers to be selected by the Technical
Program Committee, the program will include distinguish keynote speakers
focusing on burning topics of eHealth. The overviews of ongoing projects and
future predictions are also of interests.
UBI-HEALTH'10 is a peer-reviewed conference. Therefore, your publications passed
the review process are entitled to be used for instance in bundled PhD works
that are common for instance in Finland.

UBI-HEALTH'10 is arranged concurrently with
Shanghai World Expo 2010 that
allows conference visitors to enjoy both events! Also, UBI-HEALTH'10 is arranged
concurrently with Sharing Health (OSKE/FiHTA) - event
(further info in
Finnish) that provides vivid
communication channel for academics, industry and governmental bodies.
There is no separate fee for tutorials and keynotes included to the program but
they are free-of-charge for all conference participants!
